Day 01, Arrival in Delhi: Step out of the flight at Delhi International Airport. Then meet our representative and on assistance transfer to the hotel. Check in at the Delhi hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure. If you want you can drive past Rashtrapati Bhawan, Parliament House. Visit the India Gate today evening. It is one of the favorite hangouts for the Delhiites. After a lip-smacking dinner stay overnight.
Day 02, Delhi Sightseeing: After breakfast, gear up for a full day sightseeing tour in Delhi. First you visit the monuments of New Delhi. Tour the India Gate, Arch Memorial of World War I, Humayun’s Tomb, Qutub Minar, Lotus Temple, Akshardham temple, Laxmi Narayan temple, National Museum, etc.
After Lunch, tour the Old Delhi which is quite opposite to the New Delhi. Old Delhi keeps the tradition and true spirit of Delhi. Tour the giant Red Fort, the Jama Masjid, the largest mosque of Asia and then enjoy a rickshaw ride from Jama Masjid to Chandi Chowk market literally meaning Moonlit market which was designed by Shah Jahan for his daughter. Visit the Gandhi Memorial and pay homage to the Father of Nation.

Day 03, Delhi-Agra (204 kms): After breakfast, start your drive to Agra. En route explore the Tomb of Emperor Akbar at Sikandra. Upon arrival in the City of Love, check in at a hotel. After getting refreshed you set out your Agra sightseeing tour which is an important part of Maharaja Cities of India Tour.
Agra is visited by minions of travelers only for its majestic Taj Mahal built by Shah Jahan in memory of his beloved wife. Visit the Agra Fort and Itmad-ud-Daula’s Tomb. Save your sunset time to explore the majestic Taj made in its white marble architecture. You can go on a shopping spree today.
After a Mughlai dinner, stay overnight.
Day 04, Agra-Jaipur (250 kms): On the 4th day of Maharaja Cities of India Tours you will be taken to Jaipur, the pink city of Rajasthan. You will drive past the scenic Indian villages, paddy fields. En-route visits the deserted Mughal capital of Emperor Akbar, Fatehpur Sikri. It is a World Heritage Site.
On arrival take the hotel. Take rest for a while. Jaipur, the pink city of Rajasthan is a well-planned city of India and sought after by a large number of tourists for its pink beauty and Rajput forts and palaces. The Rajputs had kingdoms in Rajasthan which was the largest Hindu kingdom in India.
Today enjoy a rickshaw ride to explore the pink hues of Jaipur city. You will be thrilled to see the happenings of the roads. Then savor a Rajasthani cuisine. After dinner, stay overnight.
Day 05, Jaipur Sightseeing: After breakfast, you will proceed towards Amber Fort located on a hillock on the outskirts of the Jaipur city. Enjoy an elephant ride to the top of the fort. The elephants are decorated colorfully for a ride. Explore the fort and have a view of the pink city standing on the top of the fort.
Then visit Jal Mahal and enjoy a camel ride. Afternoon, visit Hawa Mahal, City Palace Museum and Jantar Mantar, the Astronomical Observatory. Then go on a shopping spree. Jaipur markets have so various kinds of things from handicrafts to textile.
In the evening go to Choki Dhani restaurant located on the outskirt of the city. Enjoy cultural programme performed by the local artistes. At Choki Dhani you will see the rich cultural diversity of Rajasthan. After dinner, stay overnight.
Day 06, Jaipur-Pushkar (146 kms): Your Maharaja Cities of India Tour package covers the holy city of Hindus, Pushkar located on the bank of Pushkar Lake. It houses the only Brahma temple of India. Pushkar is known worldwide for its annual Camel Fair celebrated on the day of full moon in the months of October and November.
Early morning drive to Pushkar town. On arrival, check in at a hotel. Then explore the Brahma temple, Savithri temple. Enjoy a boat ride on Pushkar Lake. Hindus have a belief that a dip on Pushkar Lake is said to have cleanse off the sins of life. After dinner stay overnight.
Day 07, Pushkar-Delhi (370 kms)-Departure: On the concluding day of Maharaja Cities of India Tour itinerary you will be driven back to Delhi to catch your home flight.
